Good morning! Care for a blast from the past? The guys that created Homestar Runner are back!

Mike and Matt Chapman created one of the very first cartoon webseries that we rested our  naive little virgin eyes on during the turn of the millennium. Homestar Runner was one of a dozen webseries back then, specialising in bizarre but deeply memorable characters. The series took a break in 2010 and The Brothers Chaps have been working on other weird and wonderful creations since. One of which, was Two More Eggs which is a series of no less than 40 original shorts that will debut online this year. The shorts come courtesy of a development deal the brothers struck with Disney.

“We’ve worked on these shorts with the same autonomy as with our own Homestar Runner cartoons, and it’s been tons of fun”, they reported. Below, you can see that marvellous flash animation pair with stupid voices in a way that would probably make you cringe if you didn’t have that oh so tangible sentimentality associated with the Homestar style.
